The first week of January 2023 began with the transport of a tank of impressive dimensions, 23 m long and 4.3 m in diameter, weighing 50 tonnes. In the end, the convoy reached 40 m in length and nearly 110 tonnes on the ground.
The structural studies and dismantling along the entire route were entrusted to our KTX Engineering office in Monaco. More than two months were needed to organise the transport of this gas tank, and nearly 10 days on the road to reach its delivery point not far from Stockholm, Sweden.
It took all the experience of our drivers and escort operators to bring the load through without a hitch.
